Frequently Asked Questions
How are sessions conducted?
Offline in London (Mayfair) or a walk in Hyde Park by arrangement. Online — in Zoom, WhatsApp, Telegram. Duration of one session — 50 minutes.
Is everything I share confidential?
Everything we discuss during the session remains between us.
Exceptions to confidentiality are possible in cases of:
  • threat to life or health to you or other people;
  • information about violence against children or vulnerable persons;
  • as required by law (for example, a court or investigation).
How long is each session and how often should I attend?
The standard duration of a session is 50 minutes. The frequency of meetings is by agreement (usually once a week).
We can discuss and adjust the format if necessary.
What should I expect from the first session?
You may want to outline in advance the topics you would like to discuss or formulate your expectations for therapy.
Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation occurs later or the client does not show up for the meeting without warning, the session is subject to payment.
Do you take notes and recieve supervision?
I may make short notes after sessions. They are stored securely and are used exclusively for work and supervision. I also regularly discuss my practice with my supervisor to improve the quality of my work. The client remains completely anonymous in the discussion.
Can I reach out between sessions?
You are welcome to via email or messenger (WhatsApp, Telegram) for scheduling or administrative matters. Please note that therapeutic and personal topics are only addressed during sessions.
